I could not track my order as gave me the wrong courier details but did have the correct Tracking ID but i did not know until 4 days after my phone should of been delivered who was delivering it, so i contacted Back Market and had a reply within just a few hours from a guy named Gizem and fair play he was straight onto the seller and kept me up to date regularly about what was going on, i cannot praise him enough, right from the start he seemed really genuine and concerned and this was proved right over the following few days of correspondence and have to give him a very big thank you, as far as my phone went i had small technical problem which was soon fixed and i am over the moon with it as it has not got a single scratch on it and is in excellent condition, i got an absolute bargain, i would deffo consider buying through Back Market again in the future
