3/5Ordered on Friday, arrived on Saturday (earlier than expected and with only two hours notice so we weren't in). Physical condition fine. Appeared to work well on Monday but completely refused to boot up on Tuesday. Back Market tech support no help: they repeatedly suggested I try fixes I had told them I had already attempted then just stopped replying. No video appointments available for three days. Appears the OneDrive synch has also failed so all the work I did on Monday has been lost and I am now unable to work as I don't have a functioning laptop. Apparently I have to wait 7-10 days for a repair with no suggestion of how I am meant to complete any work in the meantime. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wanted to buy refurbished as I see a lot of tech go to waste, but this experience suggests it is totally unreliable for 'mission critical' items.
