Unfortunately, my experience of buying the Microsoft Dock 2 from Backmarket was extremely frustrating. First of all, I received the wrong product. After I asked, it took a while before I even received a reply. Finally, they said they were sorry and would follow up. But even after that, they kept me waiting for a long time and only after another 3 days did I receive another apology and a statement that they had not received a reply from the seller. Finally, they told me that apparently the seller could not resend the product and that they would refund my money. Although the money was eventually refunded, I was still very disappointed as I actually wanted the product. It was the best offer and I would have preferred it to the refund.
