Very fast and safe delivery for the Mac. Condition as advertised, although a lot of knocks on the case... I'm still getting to grips with the new features, but it's going well. One small downside that could become a major weakness in the short term is the battery. It doesn't last as long in working hours as the one in the old MacBook Pro dating from 2012. So we'll have to wait and see. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with Backmarket, a quality refurbished product.

I received my MacBook Pro very quickly in 2-3 days, it was delivered with its charger (not original Apple). I ordered the computer in very good condition and frankly I'm not disappointed in terms of appearance, it's really almost like new (1-2 mini micro farts of wear). The only problem I had was that the keyboard was set to "QWERTY" but I was soon able to change that in the settings. So far so good, I'm waiting to see and use it for a few months to see if this refurbished device is really top notch.

After a month's use of my MacBook Pro, I'm generally satisfied with it. However, I'm finding that the battery is draining fast (it lasts about 1 hour when I'm working on the computer), even though I'd chosen the new battery option. On the other hand, I have nothing to complain about regarding the order itself (fast shipping, clear order tracking, etc).

Macbook Pro as described, very happy with the machine for the price. I have just one small comment: I took it in perfect condition, and I have a small "chip" on the screen - I tried to remove it with glass cleaner but it doesn't go away. It's very small and doesn't prevent me from working, but for the condition it's not right.

MacBook Pro bought from OKAMAC, from whom I had already bought my previous computer which unfortunately took on water. After an unsuccessful purchase from another BackMarket refurbisher, I came back to OKAMAC because the delivery was really perfect. So I was rather surprised to receive a computer that was certainly in perfect condition, with a nickel-plated chrageur (not Mac), but with a mixed AZERTY/QWERTY keyboard (an English format with TAB, CAPS LOCK and RETURN keys, but with the letters the right way round), a slight overheating for basic use (Internet and word processing), and components all over the place (the microphone and loudspeakers in particular in Italian and Spanish in the settings...). I'm going to see how it performs in normal use, but I still have mixed feelings.

The item was dispatched and received very quickly (within 2 working days), so the delivery was more than efficient! However, I was a little disappointed with the charger, which isn't Apple. Otherwise the item is in the condition in which I picked it up, i.e. in very good condition, with no visible marks or scratches, and conforms to the internal system.
