I was very skeptical about purchasing a second hand laptop, as it was my first time and I don't really purchase electronics online as I am worried for the condition it'd arrive in. I'm happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. So far the laptop has been functioning very well, I think it will last a very long time. I purchased excellent condition, and there are some minor signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected but you don't notice anything unless you look real close. Screen had some marks on it which very easily came off after using an appropriate screen wipe. Very happy to have saved so much money rather than buying a brand new one for x3 the price. I would highly recommend. Will use backmarket again for refurbished electronics. Also arrived a day earlier than expected

I’m very pleased with my purchase, the MacBook arrived early than expected, very well packed and protected. When I opened the box I was very surprised by the condition of the MacBook, I bought it in excellent condition and literally looks brand new, not even one scratch. I will definitely be using Back Market again in the future and I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to get an apple MacBook without having to pay for the ridiculous price of a brand new one. 10 out of 10. The item is as anticipated a beautiful piece of kit, however I am having an unreasonable amount of trouble creating an Apple ID. I have made multiple attempts to do so and the experience has left me entirely frustrated. I can only assume that this is an OS problem as there are plenty of criticisms of the same issue posted online. I would be obliged if you can offer any assistance as I am considering returning the item.

Great purchase, products from here are always amazing, the only little annoyance for me is the the fact it takes a bit of a wiggle to open the macbook up instead of it being butter smooth but never the less, it’s amazing

So far, nothing to complain about. The MacBook is in good condition and works perfectly for what I want to do (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). It remains to be seen over time, but so far, for the price, it's a good deal.

I’ve never bought anything refurbished as I didn’t trust them and was apprehensive about spending £500-£800 of my student loan on a laptop. However, the laptop arrived very quickly and it is in pristine condition. I opted for the “Fair” conditioned laptop expecting some scratches or dents but there is not a single mark on it. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this website to anyone.
