Fast delivery, product that is aesthetically almost perfect except for a couple of minor knocks. The only real fault is the n key which has difficulty, or even does not want to display the character at certain times.

The MacBook Pro 13" arrived and looked great - but unfortunately the space bar didn't work. The customer support team were really helpful and arranged my return for repair. Somehow, the laptop get returned back to me without repair which was disappointing, but I was offered a full refund and again the return was arranged for me. I received updates via chat so I knew what was happening along the way, so the communication was excellent. due to this, I had no concerns about purchasing a replacement laptop from the site, which has arrived and works perfectly.

Arrived in perfect condition, the battery lasts well and the screen quality is very good. 10/10

The shipment was in time and form, I bought this Mac in "very good" is impeccable just a scratch on the outside. THE ONLY PROBLEM is that on the screen (not physical) but internal when you turn it on, has a small thin red line that crosses from top to middle of the screen, is very thin only noticeable when you have a clear background. From then on everything works perfectly. I would like to know if this affects my performance or if the line can get bigger? Thank you very much.
