    After receiving my first MacBook Pro M1 of 2021, I was disappointed: the casing showed marks, the screen had numerous micro-scratches caused by the keyboard keys, and above all the keyboard was not in AZERTY as requested. The model I received was in QWERTY, with the keys replaced in an approximate manner. Even when I changed the configuration in macOS, the layout didn't really match. In short, a real pain. Fortunately, the after-sales service was very responsive. The return and exchange were carried out quickly and efficiently. The second MacBook Pro I received was top-notch: clean, impeccable screen, no scratches, just two or three small bumps that are perfectly normal for the grade chosen. The computer works perfectly and this time the keyboard is in AZERTY, as I requested. After a week's use, I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend Back Market, especially for the quality of their after-sales service.

    So far, so good! Received it in good condition and couldn’t spot any faults! I hope it stays that way in the long term, but I currently have no reason to doubt it. I was also very pleased that the battery had only gone through three cycles, which was well above my expectations. The only minor drawbacks I can think of were the lack of the original box/packaging and the way it was sent (with little protection and no ‘fragile’ label on the box). Fortunately, it arrived safely and I’m very satisfied overall.
