I was a bit reluctant about reconditioning, but I bought this MacBook for my daughter, and I don't regret my purchase at all. It's like new and has no defects.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished device, and I was sceptical about the opinions of those around me. I am surprised by the condition of the device! The casing, keyboard and screen are scratch-free and in great condition! (Only the bottom shell is worn, but that's the result of time, nothing to worry about). The device is as described. The only problem is that the battery has not been changed, it is very worn, does not last 2 hours without being plugged into the mains. I'm going to have to have the battery changed. I think it's a shame, it's like having a second-hand device instead of a refurbished one. It's a shame for the price.

The MacBook Air I received does the job, but it shuts down without warning (the battery icon is still a third 'full') and the battery really doesn't last long: in fact, it says 'recommended repair' when you click on the icon. Why wasn't this done? Of course, a reconditioned product is cheaper than a new one. I chose this option for environmental reasons, but if I have to repurchase a product more often than I buy a new one (my previous MacBook, bought in 2015, still works, but I couldn't install my software on it), I don't really see where the 'progress' is, you get into the system in the same way as with new products. I don't really trust this one. We'll see, fingers crossed!

We ordered a MacBook Air in very good if not perfect condition. It was delivered with a screen cover that had quite a significant impact. As we need it and it works... no time to make an exchange. But it's no kool when the seller sends back a damaged product on purpose.

I bought a MacBook Air which is in impeccable condition, not a single scratch. It works very well and the battery is holding up very well. It was delivered very quickly and very well packaged. Great experience.

I received my computer on time, I took the MacBook Air in perfect condition. It works very well, the keyboard is in AZERTY as indicated. There are no cracks on the screen, only on the back of the computer there is a tiny bit, but it's not noticeable at all. Battery status is noted as normal in settings. I've had it for three days now and there have been no problems. It doesn't bug. Frankly, I'd recommend it.
