I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the speed of delivery! The order arrived very quickly, and the laptop was packaged extremely securely. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail. The package even included a power plug adapter for the Irish/UK socket, even though the laptop was shipped from France. And I also found a small pack of Haribo sweets inside the box — such a lovely and thoughtful touch! The laptop itself is in excellent condition. It works perfectly, very fast, and there are no scratches, dents, or marks at all. It looks and feels like new. Thank you for such great service and for taking care of your customers. The laptop arrived in perfect condition in it's original packing, look to me as new. I consider this to be an excellent purchase extremely good value, good packaging and quick delivery. I'm very happy with this purchase and will be back to Black market when I need more equipment, which will be soon in the New Year. Highly recommended.

It is in excellent condition and working very well. Could have been cleaned before sent but other than that it was very close to new, just one or two small scratches which were expected when I chose the good condition and you can barely notice.

First time owning an Apple laptop. But seamlessly integrated to my Apple phone and AirPods. Very slick. Delighted with the purchase. Was delivered very quickly and neatly too.

I was much worried, it being my first on BM, exasebated by by no way of finding out if charger would be there (based on some customer reviews), FAIR condition unspecified what unfairness is.
