The device sent does not match the advert. Indeed, while the advert specified that it was an X13 Yoga G2, the computer sent was in fact an X13 G2, i.e. the non-convertible and logically non-touch version. What's more, while the screen and the condition of the battery are excellent, the latter being almost brand new (albeit uncalibrated), the computer has signs of wear and tear, especially on the touchpad, which in no way correspond to the description given by Backmarket of a computer in 'perfect condition' (let's say it's in 'good condition' at best). Despite these very serious shortcomings in my opinion, I decided to keep the product, which in the end suits me perfectly (I hadn't really gone for a convertible at all), particularly in terms of price and the speed with which it was delivered (just a few days, which was perfect because I was in a hurry). Finally, it's a computer that won't really be sitting on a desk, so it's bound to get knocked about quickly. Despite this, if I'm happy with the computer and intend to keep it, I can't recommend this seller in any way, and I think it's important to make that clear. Also, for my first purchase on Backmarket, it really hasn't got off to a great start and will most likely be my last, unless a commercial gesture is made for the inconvenience.
