Product as presented on the site. Delivery time perfectly respected. The product works perfectly. Only small note perhaps I would have expected a few less scratches. The state of the product as I purchased it was defined as good, so with the presence of scratches expected, however I would have expected a little less. Thanks anyway I am a satisfied customer.

This is the second purchase on Back Market and this time I am also very pleased. The laptop was on super offer, the description said "excellent condition" (not excellent), but it looks like it came straight out of the factory. Fast, light, both the product and its reconditioning are EXCELLENT. I will continue to buy from Back Market, firstly for the quality of the products, secondly for the ease of searching - only with this retailer can I enter all sorts of features that allow me to find what I'm looking for with ease, thirdly, for the detailed technical data sheet that accompanies each device, which allows me to choose a product perfectly in line with what I am looking for.
