The ordering process went smoothly, the delivery date was as promised, and the condition of the device was as described – so far, so good. But the keyboard is an AZERTY keyboard. The description definitely states ‘QWERTZ – German’. Then, after about an hour, the mains adaptor – which was probably new, as it was still in its packaging – went bang and the fuse blew. Okay, I still had a spare at home. Conclusion: If the condition hadn’t otherwise been so good – the battery’s still at 80 per cent, and there really are no visible signs of wear – I would have sent the item back. I’ll order a replacement keyboard for 50 euros and fit it myself. Things like this can happen with power adaptors. But delivering the wrong device is not acceptable. That’s why I’m only giving 2 points.
