The order went smoothly, as did the delivery (speed, packaging). The device's function and speed are good. However, during the first use, I had the feeling that the device had significantly overheated at some point. This is supported by: 1. Sometimes such significant heat escapes from the ventilation slot that I have to prop up the device to allow sufficient air intake. 2. There were stains on the screen that resembled melted plastic soot. They did not dissolve with moisture and could only be removed mechanically (fingernail) (mostly). 3. The keyboard pattern was imprinted on the upper screen layer, as if heat had escaped between the keys when the device was closed. With a bright screen background, the stripes (keyboard imprint) and remaining stains are somewhat distracting.

Arrived on time and as described, bought ‘fair’ so expected it to have taken a beating. Pleasantly surprised! In nearly new condition, the tiniest of marks on the bezel at the bottom of the screen, looks like someone closed the lid on a ringbound notepad while coming back from a meeting. Very happy, robust high performing laptop. Battery lasts well too!
