    I’m happy with the product. Current hardware prices are a disaster, but that’s got nothing to do with Back Market. I’m deducting one star because of the choice of delivery provider. Unfortunately, I was told that UPS wouldn’t deliver to the address I’d provided, but would instead take the parcel to a UPS Access Point. No reason was given, and UPS could not be reached by telephone (the call was cut off by UPS whilst I was on hold). At the UPS Access Point, I was told that the driver carrying out the deliveries for UPS had arrived at the location unusually early.
