    Dear Sir or Madam I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding the laptop "HP ZBook Firefly 14 G8" sold by you. After a thorough examination, I found that the device has significant technical and physical defects that were not mentioned in the sales description. Massive system instability (hard freezes) The device completely froze several times within a few days. During these freezes, neither the mouse nor the keyboard respond; even the key combination Ctrl + Alt + Del has no effect. The device can only be switched off by pressing and holding the power button. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for a device with an Intel i7 processor and 16 GB RAM and clearly indicates a serious hardware defect. Physical damage to the casing In addition, the device has a clear dent or deformation on the casing (see attached photo). As the laptop was sold as "tested", it is incomprehensible why this damage was not mentioned in the advert. There is also a well-founded suspicion that this impact or drop damage has caused the current hardware problems. Available evidence I have recorded a video documenting the laptop in a frozen state. As the device is currently completely blocked again, I could even demonstrate the defect live via video call if required. Conclusion Due to the significant defects described, the device is not usable for me. As these are obviously hardware defects that cannot be remedied by software updates, I demand the complete cancellation of the purchase and a full refund of the purchase price. Please send me a free return label as soon as possible and confirm the further procedure in writing. Yours sincerely Hassan
