Quick delivery, bought Chromebook in "fair" condition but only 1 mark on the outside case. Slight issue with pixellation on top left of screen at first but faded with use. Touchpad a little less sensitive in some areas but fine overall. Hardest thing to get used to has been the change in position of some of the punctuation keys, particularly the @, which on my old Toshiba chromebook was by the :; key, but on here is on the 2 key! A very good buy overall. Thanks for providing the opportunity to buy re-conditioned Chromebooks! Just a shame you didn't want my old Tosh as a trade in, but fair's fair - it is ancient!

No problems I'm delighted with my purchase the courier was on time thank you.the laptop was in excellent condition everything worked perfectly I would recommend purchasing form blackmartket to anyone my friend's are going to purchase from you as will myself will be again

The quality of the chromebook is really good. I love how fast and efficient it is and it’s so small and compact you can take it anywhere. It’s simple to use and the sound quality works really well. I’ve realised that i’ve been given the wrong charger for the chromebook which was a bit inconvenient but I found another way to charge it so it’s fine. Overall a great purchase!

The product never arrived, probably the seller put it on sale but did not physically have it. And so after about ten days we started the refund procedure which was successful ... but I needed the product urgently. I was forced to see ok result to buy it somewhere else at a higher price ... Do you exist as an online shop x make a difference ... ? Also no thanks!

Does everything I expected. Did have a crack in one corner which I had to repair which is not ideal for a recon. Was very minor and easily fixed so no biggy. Still means icantbe as fulsome in my praise as I would like to be for back market. They're good and great value for this item but not perfect.

Laptop is working good but its screen is not completely attached. When I open the laptop the screen stays a bit away from back of the laptop. It looks as if not settled completely
