    Las logistica magnifica, llegó antes de lo previsto. Lo pedí en estado excelente y es lo que llegó, se nota q ha sido usada pero esta perfecta. lo que mas me asustaba er la bateria, pero tambien esta perfecta. trae ya el sistema operativo instalado que me preocupaba tambien. funciona rápido y agil, la pantalla esta en perfectosimo estado. Esta ha sido mi primera compra de preducto reacondicionado, me ha sorprendido para bien.

    Tout est super! Très pratique compatible avec Microsoft 365 s donc impeccable pour les cours. Plutôt léger et très rapide. Cependant hier il m’a fait une petite peur, première fois que je le laisse se vider de sa batterie, je décide de le brancher et je le laisse 2-3h. Sauf que je ne l’ai pas surveillé et il a fait une légère surchauffe. J’ai eu très peur mais j’ai suivi la procédure et ça a bien marché en 5min tout allait bcp mieux! Plus de peur que de mal! Sinon il est vraiment impeccable, je l’utilise beaucoup pour les cours ou les films/series.

    J'ai acheté la tablette pour mes études universitaire, celle-ci marche super bien et correspond à mes attentes. Cependant, en ayant pris compte des commentaires, je pensais avoir le stylet fourni avec mais je n'ai reçu que le clavier. Je trouve ça un peu dommage, cela aurait du être renseigné afin que je m'en procure un dès mon achat.

    Ich habe mich getraut, ein erneuertes Tablet zu kaufen und ich muss sagen: es ist 100% top! Äußerlich wie neu ohne irgendwelche Kratzer oder sonstige Beeinträchtigungen, Funktionen alles einwandfrei. Gespannt war ich auf den Akku, weil in anderen Bewertungen hier ab und zu Kritik geäußert wurde. Aber der Akku im gelieferten Laptop ist voll leistungsfähig, problemlos aufladbar und hält seine Ladung die übliche Zeit, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Da der Preis für das Tablet deutlich geringer als ein Neukauf war, das Modell alles hält, was es verspricht inklusive Tastatur, die gut ist, kann ich nur sagen: super Einkauf gemacht.

    Jai reçu le colis en peu de temps, il était bien emballer et avec son chargeur. Je lai pris pour mes études (en parfaite état) et pour l'instant il n'y a pas grand chose à redire. Si vous avez l'habitude de soulever un ordinateur par son clavier, faite attention avec ce modèle là car j'ai presque fait tomber l'écran plusieurs fois (puisque l'écran se détache du clavier😅). Ensuite comme certains commentaire le soulignait, il y a toujours la présence du clavier anglais qui apparaît seulement quand les led du clavier s'allume, vous avez du coup deux alphabet qui s'entrepose, c'est un peu troublant. Comme dernier point que j'ai pu remarquer qui je pense est plus un problème de Microsoft, le clavier DE LA TABLETTE ne s'active pas pour l'application Tiktok du coup je suis obligé de rebrancher le clavier ordinateur (je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour d'autres applications mais je tenais à le souligner). Sinon superbe achat il me restera à acheter le stylet et une coque de protection pour l'ordinateur.

    Read really good reviews about this company and its products! Gladly it lived up to the expectations. However..(dun dun dunnn) i enquired with customer service if the surface pro comes with the keyboard i was told it doesnt however my surface pro came today and it does! So pleasant surprise but i now have to return the seperate keyboard i bought 😂😂 not a big issue! But just some mis information. Lastly the keyboard has two minor function issues it has 2 “9” keys instead of an 8 however the “9” key that comes after the 7 still works as a 8. Lastly the @ key above the 2 key doesnt function as am @ key but as an apostrophe (rhyming?) again not a major flaw just a minor inconvenience. Overall it lives up to the expectations you get what you pay for, i would recommend this to anyone looking to buy tech for alot less.

    Merci, suite à un incident mon PC avait pris l'eau et l'assurance de BackMarket a bien été appliqué comme convenue. Le SAV a été efficace, la communication est bonne, on est informé à chaque étape. J'ai renouvelé mon assurance sans hésiter pour mon nouveau PC qui est top lui aussi. Juste : évitez de travailler avec Chronopost svp, ce service de livraison est catastrophique.
