Phone is in almost new condition it looks great and works great, the only con is the new battery that has been fitted when refurbished is not an apple battery so there is a warning about the battery that will not go away, otherwise fantastic product amd service yet again!

The shell of the iPhone was broken after purchase and when we had it repaired the repairer told us that it was very clean for a reconditioned phone and that it was good to see reconditioned phones in this condition.

Honestly - I am really pleased with the phone I ordered from Back Market. I could not believe how easy the whole process was. I My phone screen was completely dead and the cost of replacing it was almost the same as the price I paid for the phone I ordered. They keep me informed on the progress of the order and I was gobsmacked that I received the phone the very next day having only ordered it late afternoon the previous day! The phone came with a new charging lead and even the little pin thing that you need to remove the sim card from the old phone. I totally recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a refurbished phone. Mine, although the same model, seems to be even better than my old phone, I also took out an extended warranty which seemed to be a very reasonable price. Thank you. Really pleased!

very good the truth, I ordered it in perfect condition and I thought that some things would be noticed as they were refurbished but really has no sign of use. nor has anything seems really new. the only weird thing I see is that it comes in a box, without protecting the screen or anything like that. I thought it would come with a box well kept with your screen protector which always bring new phones to aue not scratched etcc. but good for the rest is all perfect. will continue to order more.
