The purchase was perfect. It was not the first one and I can't complain about any of them. The product arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. To date we are delighted with the result of our decision to opt for the reconditioned product.

I was a bit reluctant to order a refurbished phone. Well I am not disappointed, no problem the grade given to the phone is well respected the battery is perfect and no problem with the camera for the moment.

I've got into the habit of taking apart all the smartphones I buy reconditioned. There were some screws missing from the plate that protects the screen battery sockets... Having already had iPhone Xs, I have a few spare parts, so I put in a good battery (the one in place was of poor quality) and put in the screws that were missing.

I bought the iPhone X 64GB - Space Grey - Free, I've had it for a week and everything is fine. They have a good service, I bought the excellent category and apart from the fact that the battery is at 84% (which is within the range of excellent) and that I do not know for sure the quality of the components that have changed, it seems to be as good as new. They send quite a few emails informing you of the tracking of the product which I consider positive although one aspect that could be improved is that in some emails they say that the delivery day is one and in others another, so maybe you have planned to be at home for delivery one day and you get an email telling you that now the delivery day is another day, anyway if you are not at home you can go and pick it up at a parcel shop, so it's not a big deal.

iPhone X ordered in very good condition and received almost new before the expected delivery date. Delivered with 100% battery capacity, which is more than expected. perfect condition, no scratches either on the screen or on the contours and shell of the phone. in short, an excellent deal! first purchase on back market and i'm not disappointed i'll be back without any worries 😊
