I had ordered from another website first, but had to exchange it twice, as the product was not as per satisfaction. To be honest I was expecting too much from a refurbished phone. Then I tried Backmarket as it started showing on my feeds as I was looking for a refurbished phone. I got a white 128 gb SE 2020, It was like, my expectation were finally met, or I was just lucky, I'm not sure. But the phone is top notch visually and working great. The only thing being that the battery shows 90% capacity left, but in my use case I never had an issue. Delivered on times as promised.

Not good experience of the delivery company used though. They put it by my door even though it could be stolen given it is so expensive for rained upon it is given it is so fragile to water. The whole phone works very well and looks fine and scratchless. The only problem I found is that the other day the battery wasn't charging properly but I am unsure still whether that is an issue with a cable although it's working absolutely fine now and the phone itself said it wasn't sure if it was the original battery or there may be an issue with its performance. Not sure what that meant. This issue has not come up again since that day
