I bought the iPhone 8 Plus in November 2019 and now I just bought the 12 Pro to renew and because the battery is no longer enough for me (I use the cell a lot). I'm very happy with the purchase and the 8 will stay with my mother, and I'm sure she'll get years of use out of it. I'm a first time refurbisher and the phone is in good condition with only a micro scratch on the side of the phone which is protected by the case. The phone arrived quickly, its appearance was what I expected, I have already bought several phones from back market and never had any problems, but this time when they call me I hear but I do not hear me, it would not be a problem if the return for repair or replacement was agile, but scheduling a pickup with dhl is very complicated, I have had to take it to a dhl point finally, I have had to go to two because in the first one they didn't have a code reader to pick it up, in the second one neither but they keep it and they tell me that they send me proof of collection, they don't send it and I have to go again to the point to get it, five days later I don't know anything about the phone, I hope it will be solved soon.
