I bought this iPhone in 2019 and retired it in 2021, more for pleasure than necessity. The truth is that I'm very happy, it's the first iPhone I've had and I haven't changed Apple since. The shipping was a little slower because it coincided with holidays in the country of origin of the product, but nothing serious. For a refurbished iPhone, it hasn't been bad at all. I bought it in 2020 and it has lasted me a little over 2 years. It looked like new when I bought it. Good picture and sound quality. The screen protector has done its job, as the iPhone has been dropped countless times and the protector has held up, I have never had to replace it.
