The phone arrived in excellent condition, with 100% battery capacity. So, just as hoped, frankly. Delivery was fast. However, for some unknown reason, DHL took it no further than my local post office. I thought this was poor and probably not what BackMarket had paid for. Nevertheless, I was able to collect the package without putting myself out unduly. In summary: The phone is great and I’m delighted now to own a quality, refurbed phone. Cheers to all of us.

Très contente de mon achat. L’iPhone 13 mini est arrivé en parfait état comme prévu. Juste une minuscule éraflure sur le dos qu’il faut vraiment voir en bougeant le smartphone à la lumière. Il fonctionne parfaitement en France bien qu’il vienne de Finlande. Et la batterie d’origine ou non est à 100% de ses capacités. Super expérience BackMarcket. Merci! Presque un mois après ma commande, toujours satisfaite. Mon iPhone fonctionne très bien, aucun problème à signaler. Un vrai plaisir de retrouver Apple et l'iPhone grâce au reconditionnement.

This is my first time to order a refurbished phone so I was a bit doubtful but upon reading reviews from buyers, I made the decision to buy. I bought an iPhone 13 mini in good condition but physically, it looks and feels brand new. battery is 100% condition so I'm very happy with my purchase. It also comes with one year warranty so I couldn't ask for more considering the good price.

Super comme d’habitude, et très réactif quand il y a un souci. J’avais acheté un iPhone 12 mini 128 go cadeau de Noël pour mon fils, avec un autre reconditionneur et j’ai reçu un 64 go. J’ai contacté Backmarket le 25/12 qui m’ont envoyé un bon retour, après réception j’ai été remboursé et du coup, j’ai changé et pris un IPhone 13 mini (cadeau de Noël en retard et Anniversaire de mon fils en janvier) ave ce reconditionneur et tout était parfait.
