Thanks to Back Market and Reborned Very happy with my iPhone. Like new, with a protective glass as a bonus. Battery capacity at 100%, from Apple I guess as no warning message. The box was perfectly adapted, and I didn't find any problem apart from the battery which discharges quickly (which I think is fine) but that's the problem with new or reconditioned iPhones! So thank you :')

It is the second terminal that I buy with the same characteristics as the previous one. It is in perfect condition both aesthetically and battery and even performance. It's worth giving a second life to phones like this that for me are ten. Five stars for Back Marquet and five stars for the phone. I would buy again without any hesitation.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 11 pro. The phone came from Phones Direct in one of their boxes and was packaged well. To be fair the phone was as described and in excellent condition no scratched or marks on the case or screen, in fact it looked like a brand new phone. I haven't had an iPhone before because I usually use Samsung but I loved the phone and tried it for ten days, unfortunately it kept shutting down and starting back up for no reason, hence the 4*. This happened about six times that I know of in the ten days I had it, while web browsing and also during a phone call and a WhatsApp call. I suspect it was happening more often when I was not actually using it and I did not know. Rather than fuss about with repairs I've sent it back for a refund because it is well within the 30 days and I did not want to lose my right of a refund. The returns process was simple and I've just had a message to say that it's been delivered back to them, so now I'm just waiting for my refund. To be honest I think I was just unlucky this time so as soon as my refund hits my bank account I'll try again and order another one to replace it, maybe a different colour to make sure I don't get the sam...
