Livraison rapide et parfaite Téléphone en parfait état comme commandé, emballage de qualité bien protégé avec câble de charge neuf et adaptateur secteur inclus (non d'origine de la marque HONOR et certainement reconditionné également mais en parfait état et avec charge rapide donc rien a redire)

This was my first time ordering from Back Market and the ordering process was smooth,quick and easy. The phone arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. The only negative thing I can think of was that the white box the phone came in was filthy,but luckily only from the outside.But that is no reason to lower my rating and I'll definitely order from Back Market again in the future.

bonjour, Rien à redire sur le service back market qui a été impeccable. Le téléphone est exactement comme attendu. Seul bémol, pour un appareil vendu "comme neuf", la batterie pourrait être plus performante. Moins de 24h d'autonomie en n'utilisant le téléphone uniquement pour téléphoner et envoyer des textos. Moins de 12h si je l'utilise pour internet et les réseaux sociaux.

Parfait vraiment envoi super rapide et soigné. Le téléphone en lui même est une vraie bombe qualité photo et vidéo top son aussi très bien. La mise en route a été super rapide grâce au clonage de mon ancien mobile j'ai récupérer toutes mes données et même les mots de passe de mes différente appli vraiment top. Niveau batterie il tient super bien la charge plus besoins de changer 20 fois le téléphone par jour. Bref je suis super contente de mon nouveau portable et je recommande back market a tous ceux qui cherche un nouveau mobile à moindre coup et surtout de qualité et bon pour la planète. Merci beaucoup back market
