Dear Back Market Team, The phone is, as the product description says, in good condition. The phone shows slight signs of use (scratches on the front and back, but no visible damage). However, I was less satisfied with the delivery, as the exact contents were handwritten on the product box and anyone could read this. DPD left the parcel on my doorstep without ringing the bell ... There was someone there to receive the parcel. In the meantime, anyone passing by the door could have removed the parcel, as it was so handy.
