Buenos días. El teléfono dejo de funcionar la pantalla hace unos meses, se podía ver todo pero no podía pulsar en nada y no reaccionaba. Lo llevé la mejor tienda de reparación de Valencia que son capaces de reparar en 24/48 horas, el teléfono tenia la placa base averiada (algo asi me dijeron) y no tenia reparación y que valía la pena uno nuevo. Ahora mismo estoy buscando un teléfono para regalar he entrado en su web cuando he visto que tengo cuenta e intranet en la que puedo ver mi factura y mi garantía, que veo que podría a verles reclamado garantía ya que me vendieron un teléfono que duró 12 meses (si llega), tuve que comprarme un teléfono con urgencia y esperar que me dijesen algo del averiado. Soy consciente que podía y debía haberles reclamado la garantía pero en su momento no lo pensé ya que necesitaba solución rápida. Al ver su intranet me ha recordado todo esto que me sucedió y no me inspira confianza comprarles otra vez ya que tuve esta mala experiencia con su teléfono reacondicionado aunque estuviese excelente.
