We're all only human, mistakes happen, you can make mistakes on the shelf or in the warehouse. So I got an i7 instead of an i9. Annoying but there's nothing I can do about it. Now I hope that at least my money finds its way back to me😉

The computer specified excellent condition but all its corners appear worn and with obvious signs of having been mistreated. The bottom cover is quite loose and not very tight at the edges (somewhat deformed). The battery lasts literally about an hour so I doubt it is a battery in good condition.

It is perfect and even better than what I expected in terms of condition. Excellent customer service.
