I'm writing an honest review. The delivered PC works very well; it's a powerhouse for advanced office work and for studies. The interior part (keyboard, screen) and the exterior of the screen are indeed in perfect condition. As for the rest, there are a few exterior flaws... 'perfect condition' is a bit strong for my taste, as it's slightly damaged on the aluminum corners and near the power and USB ports... but frankly, nothing abnormal, and given the price, it remains quite fair and acceptable considering the PC's age (2021). It's really very good, but it's not in 'perfect condition' either, in my opinion. Where the shoe pinches, and this is the reason for my rating, is regarding the battery: I performed a battery test via Windows, showing 72% usable capacity remaining instead of the 85% minimum guaranteed by Backmarket (on this model, it can be easily changed yourself if it becomes bothersome). Theoretically, the conditions stated on the website are not met, which is grounds for return, and it's really borderline. However, since classes have started, the PC works very well, and given its overall condition, it's at an attractive price, so I won't make waves and can only recommend this item. It's a real shame because, apart from the battery, it was almost flawless.

Excellent! some functional keys (like arrows and delete) have other language but over all in good state I brought "très bonne état", the battery is 80% and i did test RAM, Storage, Camera, CPU, GPU, Display ... everything is in a good state (comes with windows 11 activated), and delivery was quick.
