Mon iPhone 15 a été livré super rapidement. J’ai pu transférer mes données sans problème. J’avais auparavant un iPhone XR qui était parfait, mais je cherchais à avoir de plus belles photos. Et je ne suis pas déçu !!! La qualité des photos est excellente et j’aime pouvoir retoucher le flou après la prise de vue. J’ai également doublé mon stockage grâce au reconditionné. C’est le troisième ou quatrième téléphone et ordinateur ( toujours Apple) que je prends chez Back market et je n’ai jamais eu de soucis.

Received my refurbished IPhone 15 , excellent condition and superb delivery from BackMarket. It’s now a few weeks later and the mobile phone is performing really well. I chose to have a new battery and utilise the 80% battery charging option, so keeping the battery in tip top condition without over-charging. Backmarket does provide you with a choice on price and condition which accommodates the various needs and budgets of the buyer … so what’s not to like. Well done Backmarket and thank you.

J’ai acheté l’iPhone 15 tout c’est très très bien passé. Sauf que pour la toute première fois j’ai décidé de faire une reprise de mon ancien appareil (IPhone 12 Pro Max) Ce que j’ai donc fait sauf que en ayant renvoyé ce téléphone je l’ai envoyé à un reconditionneur qui n’a jamais voulu réceptionné mon téléphone j’ai vite compris pourquoi. À réception de mon colis qu’on m’a soit disant dit que le téléphone avait été volé par Chronopost. (Dires du reconditionneur) Je reçois donc 1 mois apres le retour de mon colis avec à l’intérieur un téléphone qui n’est même pas le mien et complètement explosé. Cela est juste aberrant ! Reprise des anciens appareils A FUIR !!!

My second Backmarket purchase. Chose the “Very good” condition option as I was concerned about receiving a phone on the lower end of Battery Health. Was pleased to see that this one came 100%. Double the storage capacity with no issues with the phone at all for less than the full price of a new phone = no brainer for me. Will continue to buy refurbished!

I bought an iPhone 15 expecting it to be used stock. The phone arrived in pristine condition with 100% battery life and zero charge cycles. Although it didn’t come in Apple packaging it arrived quickly and safe. I would never buy a new phone again based on this experience. Thank you.

J’ai commandé un iphone 15 disposant d’une sim et d’une e-sim mais j’ai reçu une version chinoise qui n’a pas la fonctionnalité e-sim et qui est différente des versions européennes. Malheureusement je n’ai pas eu d’échange, j’ai du être remboursé.

iPhone 15 came in pristine condition. Not a scratch, dent or fingerprint to be seen. Everything was in working order, super fast and a great camera. It arrived with the phone and USB Type C charging cable in a plain white box, so unfortunately not with official Apple packaging. Apple also doesn’t provide an adapter plug anyway, so that isn’t Back Market’s fault. Though they’re no more than £5 or so on Amazon. Overall, impressed as usual with the service. Quick and reliable. Will buy again soon.
