Delighted with the quality of my iPhone 14 pro but had problems with the delivery label not scanning so had to use Royal Mail, this took 12 days to get to the refurbisher. My bugbear was the difficulty trying to contact a human being within your system to explain what had happened. Eventually after days I got a response from Ines who got the ball rolling. It should be easier to navigate your “contact us” channels. I felt angry and frustrated at the time.

J’ai acheté un iPhone 14 Pro 128gb en très bon état et j’ai été tellement surprise de l’état de l’iPhone dans un état neuf : pas une rayure ni sur l’écran ni la face arrière, et un état de batterie a 100%. Si je peux émettre un bémol c’est l’emballage… mais hormis ce détail je recommande les yeux fermés ce reconditionner ;)
