El móvil va perfecto , si que es verdad que tardo un poco en llegarme pero eso fue culpa de la compañía de envíos no de back market. Respecto al móvil todo perfecto, lo pedí en modo correcto y me llegó excelente literal, ni un rasguño ni nada y de batería 100%. Pedí el 14 pro 128 gb y todo perfecto, GRACIAS!!

I never answer these reviews but you waited a very appropriate amount of time and suggested very nicely - this is one of the best online customer service thingy interactions I’ve ever had this has not only made a special moment in my day but made me like my new phone even more and yes the phone is perfectly functioning and zero relevant issues (bought the lowest quality and when wearing a case (always) can’t see the slight scratches in the back once again paid cheaper for this knowingly)

The device from mazuma mobile was in excellent shape. I returned this to them and asked them to return it back to me. All was done easily and fast (with no added costs). The customer support from back market was regular and fast. Overall a quality experience. Safe to buy back from back market and mazuma mobile

My sister and I bought this phone as a present for my dad. It's his first iPhone and hes soooooo happy with it. Came very soon and there was no issue with delivery. Overall super happy with the service. This was not my first and will not be my last time ordering from BackMarket.

This phone turned out to be a Korean model which means I can not share my live location in iMessage and/or Find My. I thought this was an issue with the phone and spent 2 working days with Apple Support on various calls trying to figure it out - they escalated the issues to their engineers; only to eventually tell me the phone was a Korean model and this was a restriction by design. I am extremely disappointed in both BackMarket and the seller; solely for not disclosing this information. There is no disclaimer of the phones being such particular models and that it may come with certain restrictions; not complete information.
