I can't rate with 5 stars despite the return of the phone, the BackMarket team has always been reactive to my messages, giving me a quick and confident response every time. They took the necessary steps with the seller. As a result, I was reimbursed. I'm trying again by buying a new phone in the hope that it will be operational. I can't wait to receive it.
