It broke down once I had completed the full installation; the touchscreen no longer worked, I couldn't do anything, not even turn it off. The rare times I managed to unlock it, it would take commands by itself, all applications would open and close on their own without stopping. It even entered the PIN code for me, so my phone ended up blocked. I had to figure out how to get the PUK code. Thanks to customer service's advice, I miraculously managed to turn it off, it seemed to work again but it started to freeze from time to time and update the system all day long even when I was on a call. Fortunately, you offered me a new device that seems to be working correctly. But one question, how can a device in "perfect condition" malfunction so badly?

The 15C is a very slow phone. I'm really disappointed because I had a 14C and after it was stolen, I bought myself a new phone that I thought would be better because it was the next generation...
