DANGEROUS AND DISHONEST SELLER - "AH Technology Ltd." The charger is a Chinese fake that heats up incredibly hot. The internal battery is also a Chinese rip off, and doesn't have a UKCA certification. This alone is reason enough for me as for insurance reasons, I cannot accept the device. The SSD and RAM are both aftermarket generic ones, and run slower than advertised, the CPU gets up to 101°C when installing a web browser, and only using HALF the max power of the CPU, the case is cracked on the back, and the display is also a generic 6-bit colour 1366x768 panel, instead of the dell 1920x1080 that I paid for. And the keyboard is an aftermarket replacement with no translucent keys so the keyboard backlight is useless. Oh and it's discoverable on Bluetooth, but will not discover other devices I wiped the drive on arrival as that was NOT done, and before wiping a quick sfc scan revealed system files have been tampered with, secure boot was disabled and windows was activated with a well-known workaround for using windows without a license. The thing has been stripped for parts, damaged, and resold as a device that it simply is not. Insane. I've never had a worse customer experience for anything involving an item that actually arrived.
