Pro’s Order received promptly. Device works well, fast and decent battery life. Con’s More detail on 3 spec of fair, good, excellent, should be detailed. Device has more scratches than expected for a fair quality marking. Overall The device is functioning well.

The delivery came the day it stated it would. The laptop looked almost new just a tape mark on one side that was cleaned with lightly damped cloth. It started up without any issues. Picture bright and all buttons are working so far. Battery started at 75% when first started using and it took a good 6-7 hours before it got to below 50%. I am satisfied with my purchase. I am now thinking of getting a laptop for daughter from Backmarket, I would recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a refurbished laptop or phone.

Woooo - I LOVE Backmarket! The dell Latitude 5410 very performant for study/intensive work use, where the battery lasts about 3/4 hours. Then it needs to be plugged in with the included charger. Very good overall performance. Optimal condition of the product (taking into account that I bought "good" and not excellent, the computer only has a slight wear and tear scratch on the shell. Overall very satisfied small flaw the battery.
