Good, fast and as state fair condition, a tiny scratch on the top left of the screen that I only noticed when turning on the device. Battery will need to be changed but for the price I am happy out. As stated, as stated.

I'm delighted with this device, which I bought for my 9-year-old son on the advice of his occupational therapist. It meets the required criteria. I turned to reconditioning after talking to a friend of mine who is an enthusiast. It's a carefully considered choice that I hope won't disappoint us.

Really impressed with my laptop. Arrived the day after ordering. Laptop is in great condition, works really well, fast, easy to use. Would absolutely recommend Back Market if you need a great priced reconditioned laptop. Thank you.

Very good computer, easy to use with a good battery, I give it 4 stars because unfortunately the reconditioning of the screen is not perfect, I think I will have to change the screen soon.

The product is in good condition and I like it. I'm using it for studying and it works well. I just have one complaint. I wish I'd known earlier that the battery doesn't last more than about an hour. It needs to be left charging constantly while using it for extended periods. It's not a big issue but such things should be told to the buyer.

It's a great computer but unfortunately I had to send it back for repair only after 1 week's use. There was a problem with the PC. But I have rarely seen such a good computer.

all good so far. only pain was having to set from windows 10 to 11. super fast delivery took 22hours from ordering to being in my house. lap top for fair is a good description . Battery life is poor though from full charge poss 20/30 min use. just needs to be plugged in all the time to get round this. all in all happy with laptop and service
