they sent me a faulty device with numerous problems, it reboots every minute with tags like: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION ,SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION I sent it to them in a few days and it's been over three weeks since I've received it or been refunded and they don't respond to my messages, There's no other way to contact them, they have the worst customer support and after sales service I've ever had to deal with and I'm going to have to take action against them, I've lost my money so far, I didn't get the device and I've wasted my time with this thing. try to avoid the back market!
