I’ve never ever had a issue with a product I’ve bought. This laptop works really well and all the keys and mouse are working too. No issues at all with the computer. Considering it’s only a “good” condition, it’s actually in excellent condition.

I have noticed odd bad reviews. WOW is all I can say. Got one of the Good conditioned cheapest models you advertised. I was a bit half half thinking for the low cost not to expect Very Good. Mine arrived a day early, packed really well. I opened it with family there. It was like new, looks brand new. Not a mark on it. It was charged a bit. So charged it fully. I am super impressed, not slow, keeps charged up for 6 to 8 hours. I have been praising your company. I understand as stated it could have shown average wear and tear what do you really think for the low price. I will be and family will be using your company again. Big Thanks. Glad I didn't pay hundreds more for what my super Chromebook will do. .....

Within 48 hours of starting to use the product I was advised that the storage memory was full. I have tried to get support from Orion . But their forms only deals with returns.. Which is not the answer I want
