Controller Nintendo Switch Nintendo Switch Joy-Con

I ordered this item which clearly shows its the LEFT hand control. I received the RIGHT hand control. I contacted customer service and they advised me to purchase again and they sent me what appeared to be the exact same listing. I ordered again the same item, expecting the LEFT hand control, but receiving the RIGHT hand control again. Each time I had tiresome exchanges with customer service, they seemed to not want to address the substance of the issue. My time was wasted having to buy a wrongly advertised item TWICE and then having to return them both. Customer service seems mostly useless and I expect the issue won't actually be addressed as they mostly didn't acknowledge the problem. I won't ever be back for gaming equipment.

I have now TWICE ordered the item listed (the LEFT hand switch control) and each time I was sent the RIGHT hand switch control. The product listing has the wrong info and image, I reported this to customer service and nothing seems to be done. I was directed to the listing again after the first time and for it to happen twice is pretty awful. Each time I ordered, I had to then take the time to return it (TWICE). This would have been solved by clear listings with correct images and a responsive customer service. The customer service seems like its AI in its inability to understand what I was repeatedly saying and responding with irrelevant information. I used to have a great association with Back Market but after these last 2 repeated experiences, that has been damaged and I am currently unlikely to come back. I had to go elsewhere for the product I wanted because it was meant as a christmas present for my son and I could not rely on Back Market despite ordering long in advance and taking weeks of back and forth replies with customer service that went nowhere. Shocking service, how can you get something so basic so wrong? Correct your listings and sort out your customer service or lose your customers.
