I'm contacting you regarding the Bose Soundbar 900 I ordered from your platform (order no. 76165370).
After extensive testing, it appears that the product has some major faults:
- Complete instability of the Wi-Fi connection,
- inability to access settings in the Bose application,
- intermittent loss of sound,
- Incoherent indicator lights (abnormal flashing),
- inability to link a compatible Bose subwoofer correctly.
These problems persist despite :
- several complete restarts,
- resets,
- changing HDMI cables (eARC),
- tests on different TV and network settings,
- use in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
The product is therefore unreliable and does not conform to normal use, which does not correspond to the condition expected of a device sold as "very good".
In view of these factors, I wish to exercise my right to a full refund of the order, and not to receive a new reconditioned device as a replacement.
I now prefer to buy a new product directly from Bose, to avoid any further malfunctions.
Please confirm the return and refund procedure as soon as possible.
