Product damaged during an after-sales return ...
In September 2024 I bought a reconditioned Devialet Phantom II speaker from Backmarket. On receipt, I noticed a fault with the Bluetooth connection. The after-sales service asked me to return the device in its original packaging, which I did as carefully as possible.
On receipt of the package, they told me that the device was damaged. From the photos I sent, it was clearly not a problem with the carrier, but at least negligence on the part of the repairer in handling it (it had become dislocated and had been opened). After a so-called investigation, Black Market's after-sales service sent the device back to me for full repair at my expense, on the pretext that the photos were not sufficient before dispatch. I don't understand this situation, which I find unacceptable. I therefore strongly advise you not to buy from
