The phone works well. However, the screen has a scratch. It feels like a film has been stuck on the screen, and I even have the impression it's peeling off. I'm going to think about whether I keep it or return it.

The price of mobile phones are eye watering expensive -money that I am not prepared to pay-ever!. Keep up the good work Back Market. Overall I am pleased with my refurbished Sony. Something I would have liked the info to tell about though, is the fact it seems to be a Japanese software install rather than the UK one that I am used too. it also came with difficult to uninstall bloatware type apps which were also in Japanese. That side of it has been disappointing but now that I have had time to fiddle, it seems to work well.
