Very impressed with this order, it was despatched quickly and arrived very fast. Even though this item was rated as 'good' it was in near perfect condition with very little signs of use. Everything works as it should and I have no complaints at all. Would highly recommend to others.

Overall I am pleased with my refurbished Sony. Something I would have liked the info to tell about though, is the fact it seems to be a Japanese software install rather than the UK one that I am used too. it also came with difficult to uninstall bloatware type apps which were also in Japanese. That side of it has been disappointing but now that I have had time to fiddle, it seems to work well.
