The ironing centre came in perfect condition except for a small knock on the cardboard box which did not affect the product at all. It gives the impression that it has never been used, not even a scratch, and the ironing quality is unbeatable. It has a lot of pressure and generates steam in about two minutes. The model compared is the DG, which has a boiler inside and the truth is that it works wonders. I bought it here when in other shops it was about twice the price. It's my first purchase in Back Market and so far I'm very satisfied. Curiously, I recently listened to an interview with the president where I saw how they worked and it gave me a lot of confidence. I still I'm still in the guarantee period but I have plenty of days to check how well they work.

Mine has absolutely no marks of use, and I have checked it thoroughly. It came with just a little bit of dust and that's it. I am very happy with the attention and service of Back Market, but the delivery company is lousy. In my case they made me a big mess... and on top of that they delivered the package 3 weeks after the agreed date...
