Dear Sir or Madam, Bad surprise when the Miele C2 compact hoover arrived at home, the telescopic tube does not keep the chosen position. The price of the spare part at Miele: 74 euros excluding postage! We had to fall back on an adaptable model costing 32 euros. I feel that the appliance was not checked professionally before being sent out. Sincerely

I received my Miele hoover with bag, sold by REFICIO, with a bag full of dust! I'm allergic to dust mites, which must have reproduced in abundance during the indeterminate time the bag was left in the hoover... Instead of getting rid of the dust in my house, I end up with dust mites all over my lungs when I discover that I've spent almost 200 euros on it! An asthma and allergy attack followed this first impression. Yes, because the dust was escaping from the bag and the hoover, otherwise it's no fun. Was the appliance really checked after all? You have to wonder. If someone deigns to answer me, a new, empty bag and an apology would be the least they could do. Hot off the press between coughing fits.

Firstly I was impressed by the speed of delivery, next day in fact, top marks for that. The machine is indeed in very good condition with little sign of wear and tear. Unfortunately from the little use it did receive the previous owner and the reseller both failed to remove the dust bag which contained a large amount of festering pet filth. Upon opening the packaging I was greeted with a lung full of concentrated dog odour which is not what I was expecting from a machine labelled as non allergy. I appreciate that this is a secondhand item but at the very least it could be cleaned or emptied. I wouldn’t expect to buy a secondhand toaster and find it full of rotting bread. Rant over. Thank you Sam
