Firstly I received the wrong tracking number for the parcel, I had to phone the reconditioner to get the right number.
Secondly, the reconditioner hadn't put the right address on the parcel. I live at 7 and the address written on the parcel was 7 bis, I checked on BackMarket and I had written the correct address. If I hadn't been at home at the time of delivery, the parcel would have gone to the wrong building!
Thirdly, the camera I received didn't work properly. The printed photos were really ugly, with lots of lines of all colours on the photo. What's more, there was a sort of gap inside the box where the photo paper was inserted, so when the photo was printed it came out as if it had been compressed, with a large white stripe at the end of the photo. In fact, because of the play, the paper was moving around inside and so couldn't stabilise properly to print the photo correctly.
Fourthly, after a few days, the camera stopped turning on completely. Despite recharging it, it still wouldn't turn on.
In short, a very bad first experience. I don't think I'll ever use BackMarket again. On the other hand, the after-sales service was very efficient and refunded the money very quickly.
