The Thrustmaster T248 steering wheel, intended for my son, arrived in a terrible state, with the box torn open during transport due to the ineffectiveness of the adhesives. What's more, the driver didn't even ask for the Chronopost security code, which is extremely worrying in terms of parcel security. When we opened the box, we noticed that the steering wheel and pedals were covered in dust, giving the impression that they had come straight from a neglected teenager's bedroom. This raised serious doubts about the quality of the reconditioning and checks carried out on this product. After thoroughly dusting and cleaning the equipment, my son, who was eager to use it, was deeply disappointed to find that the pedals didn't respond properly. All in all, this has been a most disappointing experience and we plan to return the product tomorrow. I would be grateful if you would consider
