Okay, so. . . customer service acted professional in most cases except one, they had great communication, they were prompt in replies and were courteous but i'll get to the negative issue at the end,
The phone iteself came very quickly in the post, great job there, and it was well packaged,
The quality of the phone state, when I looked at the screen, it was very impressive for a second-hand phone, it looked brand new, no scratches, and when I turned on the phone, it looked even better,
Now the negative customer service issue,
Before buying the smartphone I asked the customer service agent for the exact android version of the phone, they replied that it would be either android 9 or 10, I said can you double check it yourself or with the seller? They said no we can't, I said if it's android 9 or 10 that's fine but I don't want it to be android 11, they said it would be 9 or 10,
And when I checked the version after turning on the phone, it was 11,
Now, because i'm tech savvy, I was able to modify the phone and install android 10, but here's the thing, most people would be pissed if they asked to have a specific version and not to have another version, only to find out that they get the version they don't want after paying nearly €200, and I was pissed off, but lucky for you, i'll let it go,
But it is drastrically poor service from 'Back Market' that they can't do a simple thing for the customer and check and give the correct android version of the phone (the current one, not the stock one),
So I advise you 'Back Market' if you want more business and more customers and also to keep customers, that problem needs to be fixed, pronto
