I ordered a Motorola Edge 30 ultra for just under €700 at the stated condition excellent. The device that arrived has a scratch on the back and is anything but excellent. The device comes with a 125 watt charger, which is the special thing about this phone, this was not included although it was clearly written that chargers are included and the cover that is always included at the factory is missing... I have written various messages and emails after a week no response at all. I have sold my Google Pixel 6 Pro used on the backmarket for 301€ all data was now given according to. I was told that the device was not in order on the display which cannot be because there was always a foil on it as well as a cover the device is absolutely flawless now I got an email offering me 1 € for it or the disposal! I am not even sure if the device that is shown to me as a photo is my device at all. No personal contact person, no reaction from customer service, neither on the homepage nor by e-mail. Quote: I got a bad mobile phone without a charger and was completely fooled when I bought my used device. No reaction at all. I have now bought the charger myself for 99 €. Never again!!!
