I had done my homework on Back Market, who the CEO was, checked LinkedIn and verified the company registered number in France prior to purchasing. Was easy to purchase once I made the decision on which phone. Tge options were plenty, purchased online, item was delivered and payment was made. I had phone for a few days before setting up, the usual smaetcswitxh situation and ensuring all items were backed up before transferring. Once I'd switched over to the new phone all has run smoothly. Battery life seems to be okay, a lot better than my previous phone, new phone came with USB/C end charging cable. Condition of the phone was super, looked brand new and I'd selected for my purchased tge middle option (think it said 'good'). All said I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience.
